Additional Repairs

• Parts and major repairs are not included in the base service.

• You will always be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.

When Should You Service Your Serger?

• Every 12–18 months for regular home use

• Every 6–12 months for heavy use

• If you notice thread breaking, poor stitches, uneven cutting, or unusual noise
